Just as individuals need accountability and fellowship, your marriage needs the same thing!
Come and join other married couples from The Village Church for a relaxing afternoon canoeing down the beautiful Shiawassee River. After paddling, a nice picnic dinner will be provided along with a moment in the Word to encourage you and your spouse in your marriage!
The group will launch from Walnut Hills Campground and paddle to Geeck Road Park.
After paddling, enjoy dinner at the park! If you are unable to come out for the paddling portion of the day but could still join everyone for dinner, by all means do!
If you do not own your own kayak or canoe, there is a rental company right at the campground. They charge $35/canoe and $20/kayak. Kayak's are one person only, not tandem. Couples will be responsible for arranging their own rental.
